Mindful thinking

When you use mindful awareness and concentrated mediation as a tool to change your thoughts and vibrations you can change your subconscious preceptions and prejudices. As a result you will change your life. As you think it today…you become it tomorrow. Sow the seeds you want. Get rid of the weeds. Clear away the negative and magnify the positive. To me that is mostly what mediation is all about.
